I blogged a little while back about Jeff Han's multi-touch technology and how cool it was. It was also interesting at that time that he wouldn't discuss Apple, and we'd just heard in the iPhone keynote how Apple had patented their multi-touch technology.
So, it would be easy to leap to the conclusion that Apple and Han have multi-touch sewn up. If that were the case, what the hell is this Microsoft Surface stuff all about?

OK, another list of various links......
Apple have 3 new "Get a Mac" adverts up; "Choose a Vista", "Genius" and "Party is Over". Entertaining, as always, but the poking at Vista is starting to get a bit tired in my eyes. Don't get me wrong; OS X is definitely the better O/S in my opinion (and we haven't even seen Leopard yet), but demeaning the opposition is an ugly way to try and get ahead, if you know what I mean.
I was interested to read this guy's post about moving from OS X to Vista as a positive experience. I don't buy it, but the comments make for good reading, especially the quote from Peter Cooper who (whilst talking about the underlying technical and philosophical aspects) said that using Vista is "like dating an extremely attractive psycho". :)
Peter also led me to this YouTube gem, which is almost as good as this one.
