Slashdot | Mark Shuttleworth Answers At Length. This bloke is an absolute legend - geek, entrepreneur, philanthropist and Open Source advocate.
First he builds Thawte, makes a fortune, goes to Russia for a year and learns to be a cosmonaut, stays on Mir then comes back to Earth and starts Ubuntu Linux. He also runs a couple of other projects through his company Canonical and the Shuttleworth Foundation, all based around Open Source and free software.
