Barney's blog. Just a load of old shite really.

I have been a fan of Lemon Jelly for some time (since their first album, really), and am now really enjoying their third album. It came with a sticker on the cellophane: "This is our new album. It's not the same as our old album." :)
Anyway, I went to see them last night, and I have to say that those boys are good live - it's all slightly mixed up so that it's not just like listening to the albums, but you still get to recognise the bits you love and jump around. Seeing them really is a full-on audio-visual feast of an experience, and as some bloke said to me when describing the music; "It's just nice".
