The world continues to exhibit general messed-upness; St. Petersburg city council have had to pass a new, emergency ordinance to prevent a public suicide by a terminally ill fan at a rock concert. The Yahoo! News story gives details, but the band, Hell on Earth say that they're going to do it anyway, and broadcast the event on the web.
The band's website is, unsurprisingly, currently offline.
